Terms and Conditions

Hotel Policy                           
1. Check in time 12:00 am and check out time 08:30am.  

2. Early check-ins & late check-outs are possible but subject to availability with an extra charge.

3. The property reserves the right to take action against any guest for inappropriate behaviour against any person or the property itself.
4. The right to admission is fully reserved by the property.
5. Subject to availability of the storage space, the guest can store luggage in the luggage room, at the guest's sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause, luggage may not be stored for a period of over 5 days

Booking Policy:    

1. Rooms are booked and confirmed after advance payment only.          

2. Once a plan is confirmed it cannot be changed.                                
3. After final confirmation of the booking  50% of  the total amount to be given as advance and balance to be cleared 7 days prior to check in.

4. Our prices are exclusive of GST which will be applied as per the rates defined by the Government.

5. Modifications on the dates of the stay are subject to availability and any difference in room tariff will have to be borne by the guest.

Extra Person Policy                    

1. Extra bed 40 % of the tariff.                    
Child of 10 years and abve will be charged for extra bed / person.                    
2. Child of 6-9 years is 20% of the tariff while sharing bed with their parents              
3. Child of 5 years and below is complimentary while sharing bed with their parents                    
Breakfast—  Rs  400                   
Lunch/Dinner -- Rs 600

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy:                    
1.Cancellation before 15 days of arrival dates :Free cancellation                    
2. Cancelation before 07 days of arrival dates charged 50% of the total billing.                    
3. Cancellation 03 days from arrival date: 100 % of the total billing.                    
4. Any amendments or cancellation should be informed in advance.                    
5. No refund for unexpected or sudden departures.    

6. All eligible refunds will take up to 15 days after cancellation to process.

7. Advance payments made to Online Travel companies (booking portals like Agoda, GoIbibo, Booking, MMT,etc) are not eligible for any refund.
